Returns:

Legally, you have 14 days (2 weeks) to return items. please E-mail Thepixiecloset@hotmail.com to discuss 

Due to the nature of selling preloved items, here is the list of approved and not approved reasons for returning an item and getting a refund.

 

Approved:

. damage that wasn't listed on the original listing

. damage caused during shipping

 

Not Approved:

. item doesn't fit

. only require for an event. (this is not a rental shop)
